Компания СТОКРАТ порадовала любителей внедорожного отдыха очередной новинкой. Это блоки усиления для лебедок. В ассортименте присутствуют три изделия. Блок для ATV и два блока для автомобильных лебедок.
На первый взгляд блок ничем не отличается от аналогичных изделий других производителей. Но это только на первый взгляд. В изделии СТОКРАТ в качестве подвижного механизма использован бронзовый подшипник скольжения обеспечивающий бесперебойную работу блока. В отличии от подшипников качения бронзовый подшипник не может заклинить или разрушиться потому что суть его скольжение металла по металлу без каких-либо дополнительных элементов. Вязкая и «жирная» бронза как нельзя лучше подходит для этой задачи.
Но и это еще не все отличия нового блока.
Втулка соединяющая боковины и несущая на себе подшипник и ролик имеет фрезеровку на одной из сторон не позволяющую ей проворачиваться внутри боковин во время лебежения. Это так же увеличивает срок службы блока.
Блоки производятся с двумя роликами – стальным и алюминиевым.
Алюминиевый ролик разработан специально для синтетических тросов. Он имеет глубокую канавку в которой без труда умещается даже четырнадцати миллиметровый трос. А раз трос не трется о боковины блока он легче скользит и дольше служит.
