Весной 2013 года команда искателей приключений из нижегородского клуба «Экстрим-НН» отправилась на Крайний Север, чтобы проверить свои силы, а также испытать продукцию «СТОКРАТ» в самых экстремальных условиях.
Наша экспедиция отправлялась к северной оконечности материка Евразия, полуострову Таймыр и мысу Челюскина. Лебедки и оптика должна были перенести испытания холодом, зимниками и отсутствием всяческого сервиса и цивилизации вообще. Мы были уверены в надежности оборудования «СТОКРАТ» и, чтобы доказать это, установили его на наши внедорожники и аэроходы. Если бы, например, одна из лебедок отказала во время этой авантюрной экспедиции, мы не смогли бы впервые в истории достичь мыса Челюскин на аэросудах на воздушной подушке. Но обо всем по порядку.
Подготовка к реализации этого проекта началась в августе 2012 года. В качестве организаторов выступили компания «Аэроход» и клуб «Экстрим-НН» из Нижнего Новгорода. Основными задачами экспедиции стало испытание техники, специально подготовленной для эксплуатации в условиях Арктики, и получение опыта преодоления больших расстояний и эксплуатации внедорожников и СВП (судно на воздушной подушке) вдали от цивилизации. И, конечно, познание себя и окружающего мира.
Предстоящий маршрут выглядел следующим образом: 3300 км по дорогам общего пользования (Нижний Новгород – Уренгой), затем около 1000 км по зимникам Заполярья (Уренгой – Дудинка – Норильск). Далее 1300 км вдоль восточного побережья Прончищева, и далее к мысу Челюскина. В общей сложности – более 12 000 км. В путешествии приняли участие два внедорожника Toyota Land Cruiser 105, подготовленных для экспедиций на север, и два судна на воздушной подушке производства компании «Аэроход», специально доработанных для эксплуатации в условиях Арктики.
Благодаря круговому мощному освещению, мы не испытывали никаких проблем, связанных с нехваткой засветки во время работы с лебедками при преодолении зимников и на перегонах, во время стоянок и при проверке техники, разведке направления на переметенных зимниках в тундре.
Внедорожники тянули прицепы массой более 2 тонн по пересеченной местности, преодолевая крутые спуски и подъемы, переметы и наледи. Лебедка модели Stokrat HD12,5WP, установленная на Toyota LC 105, оправдала свое звание Heavy Duty (для тяжелых условий эксплуатации). Особенно понравилось то, что лебедка имеет увеличенный объем барабана и во время работы не так чувствительна к неравномерной смотке троса, как лебедки классических конструкций. Мощный двигатель и достаточно большое передаточное отношение редуктора позволяют работать стабильно с запасом по тяге, не нагружая электросистему автомобиля, что весьма важно при долгой работе и одновременно включенных других потребителях электроэнергии – свет, навигация, преобразователь.
Какие еще важные моменты хотелось бы отметить у лебёдок.
– Крепление троса на барабан. Это немаловажный узел, особенно когда занимаешься им в мороз и при леденящем ветре или стоя по пояс в болоте, где кругом мошка и комары. Крепление осуществляется при помощи планки с винтом, поэтому установить новый трос или старый, если он выскочил из-за неаккуратной размотки и рывка, очень просто. Как показала практика, закрепить трос на «стократовской» лебедке можно даже на ощупь, лишь бы рука с ключом могла достать до барабана.
– Устройство редукторов лебедок имеет возможность поворачивать их по оси с шагом в 45 градусов. Это позволяет, установив лебедку, иметь доступ к переключателю положения редуктора, даже если лебедка установлена в труднодоступном месте. Например, при скрытой установке внутри бампера или когда бампер практически полностью исключает доступ к переключателю и приходится вырезать технологическое отверстие для удобства использования лебедки.
– Силовые провода блока управления имеют увеличенную длину и по умолчанию уложены в специальную оболочку (тюбинг) во избежание механических повреждений во время эксплуатации. Кстати, изоляция на проводах не потрескалась даже при низких температурах Крайнего Севера.
Самые суровые испытания выпали на долю лебедок Stokrat SW 6.0. Ими были оснащены экспедиционные аэросуда на воздушной подушке. Кстати, на данное время практически все АСВП «Хивус» оснащаются лебедками СТОКРАТ.
Когда мы вышли из Хатангского залива в море Лаптевых, то столкнулись с огромными полями торосов. Это был многодневный трофи-рейд для наших двух экипажей. Лебедкам пришлось не просто поддергивать аэроходы на переломах рельефа – ледяных глыбах и нагромождениях льда, а работать с высокой нагрузкой при низкой температуре, перетаскивая суда через многочисленные торосы на десятки метров, при преодолении перевалов и, самое главное, во время падения одного из судов с обрыва в расщелину.
Только благодаря лебедкам мы смогли вытянуться аэроход обратно, починить его корпус и элементы после аварии. Вытягивали кольцевую насадку, повреждения, стягивали и натягивали после ремонта надувные скеги. Страшно даже подумать, что бы было, если бы одна из лебедок отказала. На сотни километров вокруг никого, одно белое безмолвие, ветер, и надеяться приходиться только на самих себя, на надежность и выносливость техники. Никакого ЗИП к лебедкам мы не брали. В особо тяжелых случаях использовали блоки усиления и удлинители тросов. В качестве якоря в море Лаптевых бурили лунки и вставляли туда лом – за него и цеплялись. А иногда просто закрепляли лом в трещинах.
Так же выручал рабочий свет, которым были оборудованы аэроходы экспедиции «Таймыр-2013». При плохой видимости кроме радиосвязи мы держали визуальный контакт друг с другом при помощи светодиодных фар «СТОКРАТ». Порой во время метели и пурги видно было только яркую точку. Двигаться приходилось даже в таких опасных условиях, потому что подобная погода могла продержаться и неделю.
И вот мы вернулись. Наша экспедиция благополучно завершилась, а «СТОКРАТ» доказал, что на него можно положиться, и мы в этом убедились на 100%.
